Pursuant to art. 7 of the privacy code, the principal of the data is entitled
to access his personal data and may at any time and without charge request:
- confirmation of the existence of personal data involving himself, even
if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form
- indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and means
of their treatment
- their updating or correction, and their modification or cancellation.
The principal of the data is further entitled to object to the treatment
of the personal data involving him, in whole or in part, for legitimate
reasons.
